When a society relegates its decision-making power to a separate entity, it no longer is part of a nuclear society. It now must be seen as being part of the society that exercises control over its decisions. When each nuclear society transfers its power to the same entity or to the same society, formation of a global society begins. In a global society, there is no sovereignty, no democracy, no independence, and no legality. The rule of law consists of one system of laws that everyone has become convinced is in their individual and collective best interests. The enforcement powers and authorities are consolidated into one entity that alone has a reach that covers the globe. It appears on the surface to be egalitarian in concept, but in reality, it is anchored in place and controlled by one entity only--the mastermind of the global society. Global societies don't realize that they have become global societies because the conditioning is extremely gradual. It is akin to the experience of the person whose shopping habits at the supermarket silently and secretly mirror the conditioning that results from the television food commercials they witnessed. They are entirely unaware that virtually every purchase is a consequence of the mind conditioning to which they were subjected.
