A global society needs global reasoning, global decision-making, and global results. The global reasoning and decision-making facilitate the achievement of global results. The global results achieved depend on the goals of the decision-maker. Does he desire domination, does he want "peace," or does he want power? If his goal is domination, he will tell you that he wants you to have freedom. If his goal is peace, he will tell you that he wants you to end the wars. If his goal is power, he will speak of national sovereignty. How then can one determine who should be trusted? One must look at the results. If he speaks of freedom, yet his policies and procedures set the stage for increasing domination, you know that his goal is not freedom. If he speaks of state sovereignty, yet his policies and procedures seem to consolidate power outside of the state or country, you know that his goal is not to protect and enhance sovereignty. If he speaks frequently of peace and he seeks to assist you in ending the wars, perhaps you can trust his agenda.
When we witness results that appear to be contrary to the stated goals, many of us prefer to wait, to examine the issues more carefully, and to give the benefit of the doubt. We assume that time will cause the results to become transformed into a sustainable achievement. That reasoning is somewhat similar to hoping that an apple tree will produce figs. If the root is corrupted, the very first fruit also will be corrupted, as will every subsequent harvest. Thus, corrupted results generally are a sign that the entire tree should be uprooted and destroyed, irrespective of how much time and resources it already has consumed. The choice is either to continue the waste of resources, or to begin to turn in a new direction with better and hopefully more sustainable solutions. It takes courage to admit that a billion-dollar endeavor is not likely to yield the widely anticipated results. However, there are times when circumstances are such that the harm will be unfathomable and likely to increase exponentially over time unless the project is immediately halted, or focused in a new and different direction. Several entities must make this difficult decision, including the United Nations, the federal government, state and city governments, foreign governments, corporate entities, and non-profits. Discarding or amending the governance model and adopting one that is significantly more egalitarian often is the first step to achieving robust, sustainable solutions that are pragmatic, yet globally applicable and achievable. Rebekah Isaac Incorporated offers consulting services on a wide variety of issues of national and international significance, including Global Governance models, sustainable development, and conflict resolution. The president of the company is the author of three books, and a White Paper entitled The Holy Spirit of God. When a society relegates its decision-making power to a separate entity, it no longer is part of a nuclear society. It now must be seen as being part of the society that exercises control over its decisions. When each nuclear society transfers its power to the same entity or to the same society, formation of a global society begins. In a global society, there is no sovereignty, no democracy, no independence, and no legality. The rule of law consists of one system of laws that everyone has become convinced is in their individual and collective best interests. The enforcement powers and authorities are consolidated into one entity that alone has a reach that covers the globe. It appears on the surface to be egalitarian in concept, but in reality, it is anchored in place and controlled by one entity only--the mastermind of the global society. Global societies don't realize that they have become global societies because the conditioning is extremely gradual. It is akin to the experience of the person whose shopping habits at the supermarket silently and secretly mirror the conditioning that results from the television food commercials they witnessed. They are entirely unaware that virtually every purchase is a consequence of the mind conditioning to which they were subjected.
When all that you have left are faith and hope, you have everything you need for survival, and everything that the world needs to survive any disaster from any source whatsoever. Yes, world, God has provided you with everything you need for survival if only one person in the world has faith and hope, and you are willing to call on God for assistance. He will answer your call through that one person of faith.
When all that you have left are faith and hope, know with certainty that you have everything necessary for survival.
The signs of chaos and unrest in our world have never been more evident than they are today. We strive to keep each day and each new circumstance separate from the prior day's events because two days, superimposed on one another, can become overwhelming. If we were to count the number of catastrophes, natural disasters, and political and economic events of dire significance that have occurred in the last six weeks, they would exceed the number of similar occurrences in 2013. The pace of unrest has been growing exponentially.
For example, on March 28, 2016, a bomb killed at least 65 people and wounded hundreds who had gathered to celebrate Easter in a Pakistani city. On March 15 in Cairo, a Saudi-Arabian led military coalition killed 97 in air strikes, including 25 children. On April 12, a U.S. Naval officer was accused of espionage for providing secret information to China and Taiwan. In the six months prior to April 12, 101 people in a remote Canadian Aboriginal community of 2,000 have attempted suicide. An April 22 report indicated that the overall "suicide" rate in the United States increased by 24% from 1999 to 2014. During the same time period, the "suicide" rate among girls aged 10 to 14 years tripled, and it increased by 80% among white middle-aged women. On April 17 an earthquake in Ecuador killed more than 400 people and injured thousands. On April 16, two earthquakes struck Japan in one day, causing more than 42 deaths and leaving more than 100,000 without homes. On April 8, Islamic State fighters abducted 170 people from a cement factory near Damascus. On April 15, gunmen indiscriminately killed more than 140 civilians in Ethiopia, near the Western border with South Sudan, including women and children. On April 10, explosions during a fireworks display in New Delhi killed more than 100 people and injured more than 400. On March 22, a bombing in an airport in Brussels killed more than 35 and injured over 340 people. Charges of government corruption have tainted several governments, including government officials in Chile, Iceland, South Africa and Ukraine. As of April 13, American air strikes had reportedly killed 25,000 "Islamic State fighters" in Iraq and Syria. The number killed in the first two months of this year is five times the number killed in the first two months of 2015. On March 17, Janet Yellen, the Federal Reserve chair, announced that the federal funds rate would remain at 0.4%, despite having had only one increase in the past nine years. The decision is designed in part to keep the dollar in a weakened condition, but if circumstances demand a higher stabilizing rate, it may be difficult or impossible to quickly achieve the desired higher rate. On April 20, Xi Jinping, China's leader, in a desire for greater military control of China's military forces, was named commander in chief of the joint battle command, a role that in the past was left to trained military personnel. His goal is to strengthen coordination between the various Chinese forces. These are a few of the news events of the past six weeks, as reported by the New York Times. The Wall Street Journal and other newspapers reported additional events that easily rival in significance the ones reported by the New York Times. It's a sad state of affairs when our principal response to disaster of any kind is to readjust our "shock meter" so that the most catastrophic events are no longer as catastrophic as they would have seemed to be two years ago. The news cycle is moving at such a rapid pace that events that may have been analyzed and discussed for weeks now receive a brief mention, because we must quickly move on to the next newsworthy event. We are being forced into a collective state of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and very little sinks into our consciousness sufficiently to generate an intelligent and productive response. When our world is spiraling out of control and we barely have the time to stop and take notice, the least we can do is call on the Lord God of heaven and earth and request his divine protection. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain to at least begin to acknowledge him. He is our last resort, our last hope. Without him, we have no mental or physical capability of successfully defending our world against our collective enemy. Stop whatever you are doing for a brief moment and say a prayer. If you don't know what to say, then ask with conviction, "Are you alive and present, Lord God of heaven and earth?" Then listen carefully for his response. He speaks through your heart. State sovereignty has been under severe attack for at least the last ten years. Nations initially had been assigned to various geographic regions of the world for compelling economic and socio-political reasons. Now, however, they are expected to act and vote in the United Nations in consultation with each other, with generally one nation leading the direction. The concept of state sovereignty has been replaced with a somewhat more nebulous concept of geographic loyalty.
The nations that have been assigned as leaders over each geographic region of the earth are themselves led by individuals who appear to have selflessly relinquished their state's sovereign rights in order to embrace what they perceive to be a loftier principle. They appear to be committed to the betterment of their region economically, as well as politically and socially. They also are in agreement with each other on every issue of global significance. Most importantly, they are in agreement as to which issues are of global significance. When nations that historically have failed to agree on some of the most basic issues of international law are now suddenly and effortlessly in agreement, one must necessarily question the source of their newfound alliance. They too should begin to question that alliance. When one king's reign is about to end and another person is about to take office as the new king, one of two things can happen. Either the new king takes office at the scheduled time, or the king currently in office decides that his reign will not end as scheduled, and he takes certain measures to seek to ensure that he remains in office. He can do so either by force, or by seeking any legitimate means by which he can extend his reign. Mayor Bloomberg of New York City successfully extended his reign from two four-year terms to three terms, and was Mayor of New York City for twelve years. He proved that one can accomplish even seemingly impossible feats. Perhaps it was good that the Mayor successfully extended his term. However, what might be good under one circumstance is not necessarily good under other circumstances. In the United States of America, political leaders are not known to seek non-democratic extensions of their political reign. However, in today's global political environment, virtually anything is possible not only in states and cities, but also on a national level.
When facing an opponent who is particularly astute, one needs to remove any limiting views and perspectives that might undermine the ability to identify the opponent's overarching strategy. Identifying the principal goal, any secondary or subsumed sub-goals, and the key strategy as it relates to each goal often is essential to defeating an enemy. Under ordinary circumstances, an opponent might use one general strategy, and apply that strategy to every area that is under attack, and to the accomplishment of every goal. With a particularly astute opponent, however, the strategy might differ widely so as to confuse the enemy, but the general effect, for example, a virulent trend toward global corporate, governmental, and individual impoverishment, is the same. If we look therefore for similarities in effects, we more quickly will arrive at the general consensus that our entire world is under siege. If you know that your entire world is under siege, you also should know that your options are either to fully and globally surrender to the enemy, or to take urgent, immediate and precision-focused action in opposition to the enemy.
When we want to do good, evil is always right beside us. Evil never misses an opportunity to show up at the appropriate time. It is our decision as to whether we will embrace evil, ignore its presence, or firmly resist it. The most powerful response to evil is to firmly resist it. The most profound response to evil is to demand that it never again present itself as an option.
Walking into a room is not generally an activity of monumental significance. Most of us walk into and out of rooms all day, and we watch others do the same. When the room is a courtroom, the dynamics change somewhat. To a plaintiff in a legal matter, walking into the courtroom may be of monumental significance. To a defendant, the activity may be even more significant. When the defendant is a head of state, the dynamics become complex.
Yesterday, Brazil's president was the subject of an impeachment vote for making improper budgetary maneuvers. Eventually, she may need to visit a courtroom to defend against these charges. Ultimately, she is not likely to be convicted of wrongdoing because of her affiliation with China. In fact, those who dared to call for a vote of impeachment are much more likely to be indicted and convicted of wrongdoing. That one may have one's good name and reputation besmirched for doing what many believe was the right thing to do in calling for the impeachment vote is unfortunate. However, when the timing is such that a rescue operation may be imminent, one has nothing to lose and everything to gain by engaging 100% and doing what one knows to be the right thing to do. If you become aware that certain negative repercussions are imminent and acting in defense against those repercussions is potentially dangerous, one may be hesitant to act. It may be even more difficult if one is personally threatened with additional negative repercussions. One overriding factor in making a decision is looking beyond the current circumstances to the natural trajectory. Is there a much greater potential for a hopeful solution if you take action than if you maintain the status quo? Will taking action now move you into a higher operating paradigm that will have a greater capacity to produce a favorable solution? Is a generalized fear overwhelming the decision-making process? Is taking action the right thing to do for yourself, your country, your fellow citizens, and the global community as a whole? If the answer to these questions is "yes," then courage demands that you take immediate positive action. The concept of peace is as nebulous as the concept of justice in today's world. Some governments seek peace for their country by voraciously acquiring implements of warfare, in the misguided notion that having the weapons would help to fend off would-be attackers. Others seek peace by waging war against those whom they view as being opposed to peace. The road to peace does not meander through a war zone. If we claim to desire peace, yet all of our related thoughts, words and actions are about war, then clearly there is a disconnect in our definition of peace.
Peace is a natural result of thinking thoughts of peace, seeing others as being just as desirous of having peace as you are, and acting in a manner that facilitates peaceful engagement. Our governments will be forced into peaceful engagement when citizens of their country and of other countries begin to hold them accountable for misguided and unnecessary acts of aggression that decimate the lives and livelihood of entire countries. The world will begin to experience peace when people of the world recognize that peace begins in each of our hearts, and that we each must personally embrace peace in order for a peaceful world to manifest. God's justice is supreme. It is not dependent on external circumstances such as your job title, your employment history, your race, your creed, your religious history, or your vital statistics. It is a unique form of justice that relies only on the condition of your heart. If your heart is soft and malleable, God knows that regardless of the circumstances, he will be capable of remolding you into an image of spiritual perfection. The sharp edges of accidental sins and transgressions will easily be transformed into smooth, softened curves as you pursue continual repentance in his ocean of grace. However, if your heart is as hardened as stone, internal change and transformation will be virtually impossible to achieve. If God sought to bend you into an instrument of love and compassion, breakage would be the result. If he sought to transform you into a person of gratitude, you would instead be shattered. Unlike Satan, God does not use sledgehammers in the transformative process; he transforms by his love. If you are not receptive to his love, giving of love to others, easily malleable, and urgent to repent, you cannot be part of his Kingdom. If you are incapable of hearing his voice, of obeying his guidance, and are not open to changing direction when necessary to accomplish his purposes, you cannot be part of his Kingdom. If you are much more concerned with fulfilling your personal agenda than the agenda of his Kingdom, then of course, you cannot be part of his Kingdom.
Justice is a very nebulous concept in today's global environment. For some, justice is a standard to which all must adhere. It requires a delicate balancing of all factors necessary to achieving justice. For others, justice is whatever they determine is just, irrespective of the views and opinions of others. As an example, suicide bombers believe they can mete out justice by exploding a bomb on a crowded street, killing themselves as well as innocent pedestrians. The president of a country also may believe that he can mete out justice by taking the life of someone who opposes his political agenda. This same president may condemn the suicide bomber as a dangerous terrorist, while he views himself as being committed to the law and to peacemaking. The only true justice is that which facilitates a process by which the God of heaven and earth is the only ruler and judge.
Myanmar now has a new governing structure, after having held the first free elections in 54 years. Whether or not the government will act in the best interests of the citizens of Myanmar is left to be seen. The government has two options for governing the country under the new system. They can resist the Communist agenda of China and the antichrist, or they can accede to it. If they accede to the Communist agenda, Myanmar will be in far worse shape than if they had continued under the old governing structure. If they resist the Communist agenda, they may experience civil war, bloodshed and turmoil, and may even be charged with corruption, but ultimately, Myanmar and its citizens will be better for having resisted. May peace reign in Myanmar and among its citizens.
The love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit will sustain us all when the anti-corruption agenda of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals begins to decimate the governments of countries throughout the world with fabricated charges of corruption. The countries that will be the principal targets will be the signatories to the Monterrey Consensus and the seven-year Doha Declaration. They signed under the pretext of the laudatory Millennium Development Goals, but in these agreements was hidden China's surreptitious declaration of war against the nations of the world. It is a war that the nations have funded and continue to fund as part of the financing for development.
The principal targets of the United Nations' anti-corruption agenda are national and federal governments, and as these governments are decimated, their leaders will be replaced with provosts whose role will be that of Manchurian candidates. The provosts will have imbedded in their brain and solar plexus the complete agenda of China and the antichrist. Thus, cities, states, provinces and their elected leaders will need to become self-governing without the cohesive effect of the national government, and will need to become arbiters and protectors of national sovereignty. Ultimately, they will need to decide whether to obey the commands issued by the provost, or engage in acts of rebellion in order to protect the interests, as well as the constitutional and human rights of their constituents. The overarching stated agenda of the United Nations is not adverse to the Lord God's agenda. He desires that every child be healthy and well-fed, that nations be self-governing with national sovereignty protections, that they be economically stable, and that human rights and individual freedoms be respected and available to all. He also desires education for all, and an equal ability to function in our global environment. However, he seeks to achieve these goals not through deception, subterfuge and compulsion, nor does he use the goals as a smoke screen for a more nefarious agenda. Instead, he will achieve them through the implementation of positive spirituality in which negative thoughts, words, and actions, as well as negative emotions succumb to the power and manifestation of the purity of the Holy Spirit of God. When the United Nations' goals have been achieved, the Kingdom of God will have been established, and the goals will have been achieved through the application of positive spirituality. The absolute imperative of establishing the Kingdom of God is that the many iterations of the implantable Information and Communication Technologies ("ICTs") that at present are being implanted into women and children through the world cannot be allowed to be implanted into the men and women of God. The implants render the recipients potentially sterile, potentially imbecilic, potentially catatonic, and subject to death at the whim of anyone with satellite, computer, or remote access to the implant. When someone hears that a door or an opportunity that they thought would remain open to them has been closed, they have one of four different reactions. They can become indignant at the idea that any door that they desire to be open can be closed by anyone. This often is the reaction of someone who believes that he or she controls the workings of their universe. Second, they can express shock and disbelief at the timing of the closure. This often is the reaction of someone who hears God's Word, understands it, and desires to repent, but is not urgent in their repentance.
Upon hearing that the door has been closed, they also can ignore the message, and this is the reaction of someone whose heart is calloused toward God and does not respond to God or to the Words of God. Finally, they can give in to despair and stop pursuing God or the things of God. This is the reaction of someone whose motivation is internal and focused on self, instead of being external and directed toward God. God's love for us is unconditional, and similarly, genuine love for God also is unconditional. If our love for God falters or fails when we don't get what we want or what we believe we deserve, it is not genuine love. Genuine love never falters nor fails, and always is directed toward God first, then toward others, and lastly, toward self. As daunting as it may seem to some, the Lord God of heaven and earth intends to establish a Kingdom on the earth. It will be a Kingdom whose author and perfecter is Christ; a Kingdom in which men and women of God seek his perfect will, learn the process of perfect submission, and take control over the earth's spiritual forces. For now, the spiritual forces of evil are in control, and have led men and women to believe that their only option is to succumb to intimidation and fear. But God says to you, that if you refuse to surrender to Satan and his forces of evil, you will see the Kingdom of God, you will behold his presence, and you will know that all things work together for good to those who love God and have been called according to his purpose. The devil would like everyone to believe that if certain events did not take place by April 12, 2016, our hopes for a Kingdom of God on the earth have been shattered. What he fails to acknowledge is that God's Kingdom already has been established on the earth; it needs only to be perfected. The evidence of God's Kingdom is hundreds of millions of sealed men and women of God from every race, religion and creed, living on every continent and throughout the earth. They each have in them the indwelling Holy Spirit of God.
Wherever you are in life, and whatever you do, be certain to do it all for the glory of God. The question you always should ask is, "For whose glory am I doing or seeking to do this?" If it is for your glory, there is no genuine and fulfilling reward to be expected, other than a feeling of self-gratification. If it is for man's glory, he will venerate and praise you in this life only. If it is for God's glory, heaven's gates will be opened to you in this life and in the life eternal.
My son, pay attention to my wisdom, turn your ear to my words of insight, that you may maintain discretion, and your lips may preserve knowledge. For the lips of the adulterous man or woman drip honey, and their speech is smoother than oil; but in the end, they are bitter as gall, sharp as a double-edged sword. Their feet go down to death; their steps lead straight to the grave.
Proverbs 5:1-5 Death begins when we stop moving toward God, his precepts, and his commands. True life begins when we begin to hear him, to obey his commands, and to become transformed by them.
The trajectory of your life is a function of two variables that have the potential to define either your entire life or one specific area of your life. It is a function of the length and breadth of your heart's commitment to the goals you set. When you set a goal, don't forget to add a healthy dose of heart commitment seed. It will ensure that the goal always is properly seeded and capable of being accomplished in your time frame.
When you receive gifts of any kind, it is customary to thank the gift-givers for their generosity. The Scriptures speak frequently of generosity and gratitude, so today, we thought it would be appropriate to thank everyone who acknowledged our previous post titled, Paying It Forward, and to give you another opportunity to express gratitude for any gifts you have been given anytime in the past month, including gifts of wisdom and knowledge.
We have begun another project--Project Moving Forward--to provide copies of The 21st Century Disciple: A Manifesto For Change to individuals for whom the low cost is nonetheless prohibitive. This includes students, the elderly, veterans, the unemployed, and others. If you have read this book and benefited from its simplicity and wisdom, if your understanding of Christianity and its Judeo-Christian roots exploded to new heights, if your faith in God and his selfless compassion was propelled to new depths, if you now know and understand why you believe and what you believe, if you received the indwelling Holy Spirit of God only after reading this book and understanding the need for the indwelling Holy Spirit of God, we hope you will consider sharing this book with others. Give as many copies as you wish by contributing $10 per copy. For each $10 contribution, we will give a free copy of the book to individuals from any faith or religion who desire a deeper understanding of God and a place in his coming kingdom. For every $100 contribution, we will send you a free copy of the book as a gift. Thank you in advance for your generous contribution. Please note that if you contribute generously to Project Moving Forward, we in turn will express our gratitude by being available to you for a free consultation, including prayer, on any issues of concern, including matters related to health and wellness. For a list of issues on which we offer consultation, see www.RebekahIsaac.com. Include a note in your gift with the word "CONSULTATION" and we will contact you within 24 hours.

The God of creation is a God of justice, of peace, and of love. If we are not about justice, peace, and love, we are not children of the God of creation. Hail, the God of creation.
