THE ENEMIES OF GOD

The enemies of God often believe that they are friends of God until they begin to closely examine their actions. In doing so, they realize that they rarely, if ever, consider God's perspective on the issues they encounter. Their analysis and their solutions begin and end with them. When they do take the time to pray, they do all the talking, and never consider that they should stop and listen to what God says in response to the prayer. For them, prayer involves telling God what they want, and expecting him to rubber stamp their decisions. They are the God of their lives and nothing will cause them to begin to do things God's way. They may claim to be a friend of God, but indeed, they are the worst kind of enemy and have no intention of honoring spiritual law.
