When you make such a commitment, the devil and his comrades know that they will have a tough battle trying to convince you to do evil. They will decide that they should use someone else to carry out their evil commands. They no longer will be able to depend on you.

In contrast, it is the Lord God Almighty who should be able to depend on you. It is he who should know, without a doubt, that if he calls on you to do anything, you can never say "no" to him. He will never compel you, but love will compel you. Love will demand a response.Love will never say "no."
