REASONABLE MINDS

In the larger scheme of things, one might assume that reasonable minds would not blame someone for something that they themselves had done. But that is not the way in which Satan and his comrades operate. They commit the most heinous crimes, slaughter innocent men, women and children, then lay blame at the feet of the Lord God Almighty. Their most favorite defense is that the Lord God Almighty has chosen to teach the person a lesson. So, they find fault with someone, commit crimes against the person, then they contend that it was the Lord God Almighty who did it, in order to teach the person a lesson.

The next time someone tells you that God did something in order to teach someone else a lesson, ask him why he did not scatter the person's spirit in seven directions, as has been taught in the Scriptures. This is a far more serious remedy than taking away the person's home, their job, or their resources. It also is a remedy that remains as a curse against the person, such that he never again can have a relationship with God. When the Lord God scatters a spirit, he is saying to the person, "I no longer count you as one of my own."
