PENITENCE

Heaven and earth are not two opposite sides of a coin, they are situated on a continuum, such that heaven is merely one subset of the earth. One can be in heaven, while still being in the earth. When you repent of sin, you can and should move into the realm of heaven, while still being alive in the earth. The energy of repentance moves you from death to life.

If you believe that you have repented of sin, yet you see no increase in the light that emanates from your heart, your head, and your body, you probably are confused as to what constitutes repentance. When you repent, the portion of your body that was corrupted by the sin should be full of light. It should also become more healthy, and more resilient. Eventually, your entire body should be full of light.
