PATENT LICENSES

If you own a patent, you have two options. You can sell it or you can license it. If you sell it, you will obtain a fixed price and subsequently relinquish all claims to the patent. If you license it, you can continue to earn licensing fees for different applications of the patent.

​Unless you are familiar with the person to whom you are licensing a patent, your best option is an outright sale. If you license it to someone who is aligned with Satan, you are likely to be told either that there is no value to the patent, or that the value is significantly less than was originally thought.
