LEADING, PART 3

The Lord God Almighty has decreed that anyone who desires to lead in his kingdom must have a heart full of compassion. If you cannot feel compassion for your brothers and sisters in God's kingdom, you are not likely to be the type of leader that God would choose. The kingdom is designed to function in such a way that each person must take care of others in one way or another. Some will care for emotional needs, some will care for physical needs, some will care for vertical needs, and some will care for horizontal needs. If you refuse to do your part, someone's needs will not be met, at least not by you.

If your needs are being met, yet you refuse to meet the needs of others, you will have no reward in the kingdom of God. The kingdom is designed to be reciprocal. If reciprocity does not appeal to you, then you are not likely to find either the millennial or the eternal kingdom of God to be appealing. You are likely to be happier singing the praises of blissful independence, and you should begin to do so today by removing yourself from God's millennial kingdom.
