LEADING, PART 2

A leader in God's kingdom is never self-appointed. They always are chosen by God, and often are very reluctant to assume their leadership position. They generally despise being in the forefront of anything, and prefer to stay out of the limelight. When engaged in any activity, they are eager to serve, and often do so anonymously.

The person who most embodies the qualities of leadership is not necessarily the person who is at the forefront of an endeavor. It is the person who inspires others to reach higher heights, to see infinite possibilities, to be the best they can be, and to never ever compromise on their integrity.
