LEADING

Holy Moses is a terminology used to denote shock or surprise, because Moses is known to have been far from holy. He was impulsive, arrogant, knew the Torah inside and out, but was not the most gifted speaker. For this reason, some Israelites complained and contended that God should instead choose them to lead the Israelites. God's definition of a good leader is not someone who is a skilled orator. God chooses leaders from among those who have hearts full of compassion, who would never betray a trust, and who are obedient to the commands of the indwelling Holy Spirit Of God.

If you have been chosen to lead in God's kingdom, you probably have these three qualities of Godly leadership, and you should endeavor to multiply them. When the Lord God Almighty chooses the next level of leadership, he will choose those who most exemplify these qualities.
