DRINKING WATER

While oil is precisely what cars need, human beings function better when given water. The more water they drink, the better they function, until they reach the point of saturation. Water has two principal functions in the body--cleansing and restoration. When there no longer is a need for cleansing and restoration, we no longer will need to drink water. Instead, we will merely eat foods that are water-laden with natural water.

God expects that each of us will reach a point where we no longer need to be cleansed and restored physically. The foods we eat will provide all the water we need for life and sustenance. Until then, you should feel free to drink as much water and other fluids as you wish, as long as the fluid does not generate an ether response that you can feel when you say the word "Shamrock" either in English, in your native language, or in the language of the spirit. The next time you hold in your hand a glass of any liquid, including wine or liquor, direct the word "Shamrock" to it and wait for a physical response. If there is no response after a few seconds, feel free to drink as much of it as you need.
