In the event that the United States of America continues its country-wide shutdown, countries throughout the world will need to become self-sufficient, because America will need to begin to use its resources in order to remain alive. If you rely on foreign aid from the United States of America, you should know that they may need to cut all foreign aid, including foreign military operations. You will need to rely on the Lord God Almighty not only to protect your borders, and to provide for the citizens of your country, but also, to determine how you too can remain alive.

You should determine what percentage of your foreign aid is from America, and is being used for essential services such as nutritional programs, government operations, education and related services, or military operations. If none of the foreign aid is being used for these essential purposes, your country should be able to remain alive, even if American foreign aid is cut, or is reduced.

If, however, any or all of your foreign aid from America is being used for essential services, you should ask the indwelling Holy Spirit Of God for advice on what you should do, so as to provide for a substitute source of funding. The Lord God Almighty will always be your light. If you are the citizen of a country that relies heavily on American foreign aid, ask the indwelling Holy Spirit Of God whether or not you have reason to be concerned about any cuts in American foreign aid. Ask also, what you should do in the event that American aid is cut, or is reduced. The Lord God Almighty will always be your light.
