RAINING, PART 4

The Lord God Almighty has decreed that any country that is responsible for seeding the clouds in order to produce rain will be held responsible for the negative consequences. These negative consequences include catastrophic storms, flooding, and other "natural" disasters. They also include the drowning of innocent victims. Most importantly, seeding the clouds can have long term effects, such as polluting the water system, and denying God's life giving water to people and communities throughout the world. Plants and animals also are denied the right to living water.

If an area suffers from severe drought, the solution is not to seed the clouds, but rather, to end the practice of polygamy which pollutes the ether. This pollution in the ether negatively affects the rain cycles, as well as the cycles of sowing and reaping, planting and harvesting, tithing and receiving, waning and flowing. These negative effects can endure for at least a lifetime or longer.
